Licensing Engineer II, III, Sr, Sr Lead, or Sr Staff (Nuc)

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Responsible for maintaining the licensing basis at each of Entergy's nuclear stations and serving as the primary liaison between the station and the NRC. This includes preparing routine and special NRC correspondence, coordinating NRC visits and inspections, and interfacing with regional and national NRC offices. This position would best be filled by an Engineer that has nuclear experience that is looking to specialize or do something different.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Interface with the NRC Regional Office. Interface with NRR (NRC Headquarters) Project Manager and Technical staff.
Manage and track regulatory commitments.
Execute the 10CFR50.59 process. Execute the 10CFR72.48 process.
Maintain the site licensing basis documents (includes coordinating changes to the licensing basis).
Coordinate NRC visits and inspection activities.
Provide station expertise in compliance with, and changes to, Technical Specifications.
Perform 10 CFR 50.72/73 reportability determinations.
Provide station consultation on compliance with 10 CFR Part 50 requirements.
Perform regulatory and licensing basis research and prepare licensing position papers.
Prepare licensing submittals and other documents for submittal to NRC. Review incoming NRC correspondence and distribute as needed to site personnel and management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
B.S. Degree in Engineering or other closely related scientific discipline / physical science generally associated with power plant operations, or equivalent work experience (equivalent experience is defined as demonstrated success at the Engineer / Technical Specialist level.)
Minimum experience required of the position
2 - 5 years of experience in nuclear power design, operations, or equivalent, depending upon engineering level.
Looking more for experienced candidates with 8-10 years experience (preferably) SRO, Ops experiencee and regulatory experience would be a plus
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Experience in site or corporate Licensing organizations. Good to excellent communication skills and experience / proficiency in PC use and applications, depending on Engineering level.
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
Desired: SRO license or certification on a PWR or BWR.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
