Sr Technical Nuclear Instructor - Leadership Training Administra

Ideal candidates for this role will have commercial nuclear instructor or Navy instructor?experience.


JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
The Training Department?s subject matter expert (SME) providing?instruction in the training processes, and systematic approach to training for site leadership team.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides coaching, instruction, mentoring, and oversight of the Entergy Nuclear training staff in the implementation of the systematic approach to training process.
Reviews training materials developed by other instructors to ensure it is instructionally sound, interesting and engaging for the students, meets quality standards and adheres to applicable regulations.


Interface with senior plant management to schedule and deliver training.
Functions as program administrator for the supervisory leadership program.
Coordinates training department self-assessments.
Provides training expertise on fleet standardization and?leadership projects.
Participates and leads training self-assessments at host site and other Entergy nuclear plants.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
Desired: B.S. Degree in science, engineering with prior experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or technical services (or equivalent) at a commercial nuclear power plant, OR?equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience required of the position
8 years commercial nuclear plant experience, or an SRO license or certification, or B.S. Degree in Education, Science, or Technology and three years nuclear training experience (commercial or military), or B.S. degree in Education, Science, or Technology and three or more years experience teaching or developing curriculum in an education or academic environment.


Desired: At least 3 years prior training experience as an instructor or program coordinator (or equivalent subject matter expert experience).?10+ years nuclear industry experience. Experience leading training assessments and writing assessment reports including accreditation self-evaluation reports desired.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Technical proficiency in the assigned area. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
Desired: SRO license or certification on BWR, PWR or both.?

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
