Scheduler I, II or Sr (Nuc)

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Responsible for maintaining expertise in scheduling practices and Programs. Oversight of site implementation of fleet practices in scheduling both online and outage. Responsible for the development and direction but not the coding for

all automatic interfaces between the Work Management System (Passport), eSOMS Safety Tags, PCRS, any future corporate software package and the Scheduling System (Primavera).

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides Project Manager with base schedule and works with PM to develop project specific schedule.

- Develops and maintains station performance metrics relating to Schedule and Cost alignment

- Ensures the work activity start and finish dates are being established

- Provide direct governance over the practices and approaches used by fleet schedulers in the building and management of fleet schedules.

- Report to thePCO Superintendentany issues of non-conformance in tooling and approaches in the fleet.

- Responsible for interfacing with Station Cost Analyst and Estimators to capture schedule constraints.

- Creates and maintains various documentation such as a master list of all interfaced fields between Passport, eSOMS, PCRS and the Primavera database and desktop guides.

- Develops and maintains the official Entergy Nuclear list of approved Global Activity, Global Project and Global User Defined code fields.

- Adjusts the actual codes in the Primavera Suite of software to reflect just those codes.

- Controls security rights and standardization of all global and site specific codes in the software.

- Assists in pre-outage assessments focusing on scheduling quality, metric analysis, and logic ties.

- Performs periodic site visits to determine schedule quality and work management meeting effectiveness and determine any improvement needs for site scheduling.

- Works with the fleet site administrators to work out an acceptable yearly cycle of Team face-to-face meetings for Interface enhancements, testing and Primavera User Conference attendance.

- Maintains Remedy qualifications and works Remedy Cases as needed for Primavera and related sub-systems.

- Provides scheduling assistance as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Scheduler I: Technical degree or other scientific discipline generally associated with power plant operations or equivalent work experience.

Scheduler II: B. S. Degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline generally associated with power plant operations or equivalent experience.

Scheduler Sr: B. S. Degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline generally associated with power plant operations or equivalent work experience.

Minimum experience required of the position

Scheduler I:0 to 2years of scheduling experience utilizing the nuclear with Primavera Software in an industrial environment.

Scheduler II:2 to 4 years of scheduling experience utilizing the nuclear with Primavera Software in an industrial environment.

Scheduler Sr:At least 4 years of scheduling experience utilizing the Primavera Software in an industrial environment with 4 years of nuclear power plant experience.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Demonstrated high level of proficiency and skill in the use of the Primavera scheduling tools.

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position

SRO/RO license or certification on a PWR or BWR (desired).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
